Alan Arnott is the founder and principal of the firm. Alan is an experienced lawyer specializing in technology law. He has an impressive resume which starts with his degrees in law and computer science. This multi-dimensional approach to law is what sets Alan aside from his competitors. An in-depth knowledge of computer science and the inner working of technology is not a skill most lawyers possess. 

Alan works collaboratively with clients who find themselves involved in the exploitation of technology and telecommunications products and services. Alan regularly advises clients on complex contractual arrangements and prepares and negotiates an impressive spread of technology and telecommunication agreements. Besides contractual agreements, Alan has experience advising tech and telco business on their formation and any structural arrangements. He provides advice to participants in commercial technology-centric transactions and often is the center and reason for resolution of technology disputes. Regularly representing and advising clients on hi-tech deals is how Alan operates today, proudly solving commercial disputes worth millions of dollars.
